The?PDMIC78?from?Pyle Pro?is a moving-coil, handheld microphone designed for use on vocals and instruments in live performance and recording. It delivers a frequency response of 50 Hz - 15 kHz, a 600Ohm output impedance (+/-)30%, and a microphone sensitivity of -54dB (+/-)3db(0dB=1V/Pa @ 1KHz). The microphone features a built-in acoustic pop filter to minimize plosives. Its unidirectional polar pattern reduces pickup of off-axis sounds, such as room reflections and stage bleed. The mic element is dynamic, which requires no batteries or phantom power. The microphone body is fashioned from a zinc alloy with a steel mesh ball shaped grill, providing durability that is especially valuable on the road. A 15' XLR to 1/4" cable with 600Ohm outputs is included.
